A quadrangle of traditional dormitories, Northwest Residence Halls (NWRH) primarily houses first-year students, many of whom are involved in community service, as well as first-year members of the Nursing Learning Community. Northwest consists of Hanks, Goodyear, Russell, Batterson, Terry, and Rogers Halls, which are named after 19th-century Connecticut industrialists. Northwest also has its own resident dining hall and a Grab & Go location known as West Side Wraps.
